02 Honda 400ex Jetting?

At 1000ft (phoenix). Need to find out airjet turns recomendation and how much to step up the jetting when going to the dunes (100ft).

Heres what the bike has: 12-1 piston, stage 3 hot cam, yoshi full exhaust, cdi, foam airfilter. Pilot 40, main 160, needle 3rd. Just got this thing, swapped out some HUGE jets which werent working at all. Think these look about right?
