how do i stop my bike goggles streaming up?

how do i stop my bike goggles streaming up?

i have recently bought some old style flying goggles for my scooter, its a vespa so they fit in, but whenever i put them on they start to steam up. can i use the same techniques for stopping this as i use with my scuba goggles?
