Need a speed limiter for a moped.?

I have a moped that should not go faster than 35mph. I have removed the mechanical limiter so it goes 60mph. If I am stopped ** the police, the fine is $1000, and the moped will be confiscated.

Now I want a box and a remote that hooks to the ignition so I can quickly and discretely push a button if I am stopped that again will limit the speed to 35mph. An ignition speed limit cut-off would work. Where can I buy this?
