my gp mx3 is making a weird noise?

i got a new clutch drum put it on and tightind the chain and ran is and when i start geting fast it makes a weird noise i have the bolts on the back wheel on loose because when i put it on tight i dont go fast ok so i put it on tight and whent down the street and then a spring in the clutch brakes what am i doing wrong how do i fix and the clutch drum get realy really hot
