are John Deere and International Harvester jealous of Harley for getting thier tractors "street legal"? ?

I'm just curious how the other tractor companies feel about it..that's all
all 3 are tractor companies, one is street legal...that's the reason behind the question

My good friend is an IT tech for John Deere.
He has nothing but good things to say about Harley-Davidson. I don't ever remember him being jealous, but may that's because he drives a pick-up truck and not a tractor. I don't know.
