when im 15 1/2 and get my motorcycle permit, am i allowed to ride it around? what are the limitations? can i ride at night? does someone have to be next to me, or can i ride alone? etc etc..

yes, you can ride it around - but you can't ride anynone on back
you can only ride during the day
