why sym radar x 125cc motor scooter was not listed in the SYM website (taiwan)?

Here in the Philippines the SYM distributor introduced a scooter called Radar X 125. I was wondering why the scooter didnt appeared in the SYM website? Was this scooter rebranded and was made ** another motorcycle company? If it is what company and from which country? Im scouting for a scooter and it could help if I get a background information about it.
