What is the overall best 125cc I can get?

What is the overall best 125cc I can get?

I will soon be turning 17 and live in the UK. So I am restricted to a 125cc.
I've got my eye on an Aprilia rs125, but some say it's unreliable...
So would this be a good choice or do you recommend something else.

Appreciated.
