Should wait and buy new or should I just replace for now?

If I buy new I am thinking the Aprilia Rsv4. Theirs Three down sides that I see though.
1. It's going to be expansive.
2. It's another 1000cc. "Not saving me any money"
3. That I’ve seen theirs no passenger seat. "GF would kill me"

If I just get a replacement. It's up in the air. I was thinking about making a mid cc street fighter for like 5-6 grand. I cant find anything else I really like.
