can you use a motorcycle to jump start a car?

My car battery died this weekend and my friend was with me on his bikes. we didnt think we could jump a car with a bike and we werent gonna try it, but now i am curious. is it possible to jump start a car with a bike?

A motorcycle battery does not have sufficient amperage to jump start a car.

If your willing to wait a while a motorcycle can recharge a cars battery to the point where it may start.
