Is it legal to wear headphones under your helmet while riding a motorcycle?
I live in Texas, im 16, i took a MSF course, and fully and insured licensed (liability and personal medical only), and i am going to get a 250R ninja soon hopefully. Is it legal to listen to an iPod underneath my helmet? I understand it is dangerous and will only do it in appropriate situations but i was just wondering. Thanks you much!

In WA it is illegal because it hinders your ability to hear emergency vehicles and to concentrate on traffic around you. Oddly though you can have a bluetooth earpiece in while you drive...go figure. Anyway, I believe most states you'll find the same thing, about the headphones anyway.

No but It is stupid. Drivers don't look for bikes, you need all the focus you have to drive

No it is not. You are not even allowed to drive a car with headphones on.
