My Mum Wont Let Me Have A Moped, How can i persuade her?

What sort of things could i say to persuade her let me have one? its not the cost just she thinks its too dangerous.

your mum is smarter than you sorry they are too dangerous... slow hard to see and holds up Traffic.. more likely to get run over on one sorry im a bike rider and i wouldnt let my kids have one id come more likely in buying them a motorcycle before a moped
