2003 suzuki quadrunner 250. rear wheel problem?

2003 suzuki quadrunner 250. rear wheel problem?

The rear wheel lug nuts backed off. I retighten them. Now the wheel won't turn. Took lug nuts off and removed hub. The axle turns freely. Brakes are not stuck. Hub slides on with a slight amout of hammer tapping. I can't figure my problem. Anybody have any suggestions?
