Used Kawasaki Ninja 250 - is it a good deal?

It's for $1850 obo, it's a 2003 with only a 100 miles in it. Sounds I can get it for less. Is this sound a good deal? I was thinking maybe offer $1600 for it. I'm going to see it on saturday, I was told that there is no damage at all on it.. It's going to be my first.

Go for it-a 250 is great for a starter bike and make sure ya laugh at the poor people at the gas pumps as ya cruise **.
