Shoei X-11 or Nolan N103?

Shoei X-11 or Nolan N103?

I am planning to buy a new helmet as my old one wore out. I have (kind of) pruned down the list to Shoei X-11 and Nolan N103. Both of them fit my head for the large size fairly well. Any reason other than the price, I should be picking one over the other? Thanks
