How often do I need to run the engine to keep the battery charged?

I have a less than one year old Honda S-Wing 125cc scooter. Through an injury I cannot ride it much at the moment. As it is electric start only I really don't want a flat battery. How often 'must' I start it up and how long for to ensure this doesn't happen? Thanks for your answers.
