electric start wont work on a 2001 kvf 400?

electric start button wont work, it doesnt even make any clickin what so ever, no noise at all, battery is fully charger all the electrical cords see to be connected and in order, does this mean the starter in gone? any suggestion to solve it?

oh also, i can start it if i pull start it
