windshield for a 04 seadoo utopia 205.the dealer is asking est.1100 I live in Louisiana and my 2004 seadoo utopia 205 boat broke loose from wave action during hurricane Katrina and wasn't located til about a month ago all the way across the lake in the middle of the woods. It doesnt have any major damage that I know of yet (well appearance-wise anyway) except for the windshield. All of the glass is shattered and the frame that held the glass is crushed. I don't want to have to pay such a high price just for a windshield... any ideas?It would've been a good idea but the frame isn't repairable so it'll need replacing. & about the insurance ... well I planned on getting it insured but I'm very good at procrastinating so basically no; no insurance whatsoeverAlso, do you know of any boat salvage yards? Preferably one that will ship to louisiana.

Did you have it insured? Have you tried auto-glass shops.
