Kawasaki Jet Ski (Stand up) QUESTION?

I have a stand up 1985 stand up jet ski...
im looking to change the oil... question is

the oil intake is ** the gas tank i believe.... i cannot find how to take out the old oil... i cannot find the bolt to take out... i have looked everywhere....

Any ideas
