Default Jet ski engine rebuild?

2000 Kawasaki Ultra 150

Im putting to crankshaft back into the case(after dropping $400 on new connecting rods and bearings etc.)

The bearings have needles that need to sit in a pocket on the top half of the crankcase. I made a jig for the case to sit into so the crankshaft sits with no interfence from the connecting rod

Any recommendations on holding them in place so they dont move when i put the other half of the case??

I have "kawabond" which is a liquid gasket, can i put a drop or two of that into the pocket to hold the needle in place??
