oil in the bottom of my jet ski?

i have a 96 tiger shark jet ski and in the bottom theres a small white tube like 1/4 inch long close to the bottom under the seat and theres a small collection of oil next to it , is there supost to be a plug on that ? what is it ?

It is for excess oil. The container is for catching the oil so you won't pollute the water. Don't plug it off or you'll have problems!!
