Jet Ski Waverunner tuneup help?

I am currently fixing my '92 yamaha waverunner III 650, i just took apart the top end to get the starter out and checked to make sure the new one spins, and it does. So i was wondering what else i should do while its apart to tune it up besides new spark plugs, new fuel filter and new gaskets?
