Does anyone know what six bleeps on a SeaDoo Jet Ski means?

I have just recently bought a Seadoo 3D 2004 model, its the premium model if this makes any difference. I had it out for around 20 mins and when I returned to go back on it, it wouldnts start. It was making some weird bleeping noise around six times. I have tried a new battery as I have heard the ECU unit will not let the ski start if the voltage drops below 7V.

Any help would be appreciated as my ski is currently sitting with salt water in the cylinders on a bank holiday weekend and I cant get it flushed out untill tuesday :-(
