Docking a jetski on land....?

My husband and I just bought jet skis this season and we are going to be keeping them at our local lake. We are keeping them right on the shore a few feet from the water (no tide) We dont want to keep them sitting on the mud so does anybody have any ideas what we could keep them on? It has to be something semi simple that we can do quickly after riding (that my husband and i can do ourselves). Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Sorry I should have explained better.... We have a trailer for them however we are keeping them docked on the shore so we dont have to load them on the trailer everytime we want to use them. Plus if I want to use them with a friend I couldnt load them on and off the trailer myself.

buy a trailer and u can launch and retrive them when ever u want
