In to days society people seem to forget that a white person can also be the victim of racial harassment and abuse.

Each person deserves to be judged on their own merits and abilities and I for one am sick of skin color being an excuse to undermine and ridicule. We are all the same on the inside. Hair colour, Eye colour, Skin Colour, Shoe size is all irrelevant.

I work for a bank that has global success and my colleagues span diverse cultures, religions and origins. I have made many friends during my years with this company and have seen many co workers progress into well deserved promotions.

It is up to each individual to decide if they freel they have been discriminated against because of their ability, race, gender or sexuality and to take action accordingly.
