Where can my daughter swim with dolphins in Pensacola? What is the age limit for riding jet skis?

We are going to Pensacola 7-15 to 7-21 and
I am looking for fun things for us to do. My daughter is 15 so all suggestions, please make age appropriate. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance

i think she cant operate the jet ski alone until after age 12
is there a sea world there? if so then call ahead to get on the list to swim w dolhins
