my kawi jet ski still doesnt run?

i juss had the carb redone and i got newe plugs about four days ago...the jet ski seemed to run fine but when i started it today it ran great for like two minutes and then started to bog and only went half speed..and now it only starts if i put fuel in the intake and it has to run choke half onnn everyones tellin me the plugs are fouled but is that really the problem?

get the carb rechecked.you are not getting enough gas to the engine ,** using the choke you are forcing gas into the engine that's why it runs.
