can a ford focus pull a jet ski?

i seen someone with a bolt on hitch for thier focus and they said they could pull 2000 with 100 lb tongue weight. i know the focus isnt really supposed to pull anything but i like literally 1.5 miles from the lake/boat launch so i wouldnt be pulling it too far. i dont know how much a jet skit weighs though. i was also looking at a small jet boat, like a 14 ft bayliner? any idea of the weight of that? thank you.
