Default Having problems with my Kawasaki 900stx jet ski if your good w/ troubleshooting let's talk?

It always starts when 1st put in water. After riding anywhere from 30 min-1hr and turning off, It no longer starts again. Sometimes you can push green start button 2-3 times and it "might" fire but most of the time it doesn't even have anything. Not sure if something inside is getting wet and foulng out, or if something is overheating and shutting down. When this happens we take seats off and let dry or cool down and it usually has to be towed back to trailer 4 the end of the day's riding and will start later that night on trailer. It did flood once, and was let to dry out and fired right up....if you can help me you'd be my hero!
