Where to go Jet Skiing at???

I want to surprise my boyfriend a weekend away somewhere nice. I want to take him Jet Skiing because hes always wanted to do that... any suggestions. I live in the Bay area Cali. I prefer to stay somewhere in cali. North or south not really picky. Any suggestions, hopefully with experience
