i had water in my jet ski then it ran but now it wont let me throttle!?

first i got water in my hull got that out got it running, and then wouldnt run so i got new plugs then ran great, then wouldnt start or even act lik it wanted to, got it running again but i couldnt throttle at all just a lil over idle as i had it held at full throttle, what can/ should i do?
