Jet Ski/ Seadoo lessons or rentals

I want to do jet ski in this summer? I have never done this in the past and want to know the procedure? I am in Toronto, is there any place in Ontario where I can rent jet ski..also do I need to have the licence to do it? If yes, where I can get the liceence or lessons for it?
