How old do i have to be to drive a jet ski/wave runner in lake george new york??

Does anyone know the age you have to be to drive a jet ski in new york? I'm turning 15 but thats not till september and I'm wanting to drive a jet ski so badly. If i have a lisenced driver with me can i drive it ? or no.
