how much cc do you need to have to pull a person behind a jet ski

I am wondering how much cc that a jet ski has to have to pull a person because am going to go wakeboarding behind a jetski and i would like to know i it is possible to put a pylon on the back of a jet ski

u cant its illegal u have to have mirrors on a stnd up and on a sit down u should jus use a two person or 3 depending if they want an extra spotter
