I am about to turn thirteen and am getting a jetski for myself!

so i know it sounds insane but i gotta but my own birthday present which you alredy know is a jetski! problem is i need a jetski liscence sine i go to elephant butte all the tim which is in new mexico. problem IS: i need to get a liscens but i cant take time to go down there to get one! so i need your help to tell me if i can do it on the internet or some thing?!?! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!
