What kind of maintenance do jet skis require?

My girlfriend wants to buy one, and I have never owned one before so I have no idea what kind of maintenance they require. I know I have to keep the oil tank full, but what else should I regularly do to keep it running good. If it helps, we are looking at a 1999 Sea Doo GSX with 66 hours on it.
