Default does anyone know what PWC stands for? its about the sea or someting?
im 13 and wanna get a boat lisence ..and it says i have to be 16 or 17 to drive a PWC? i dont know what that is..is it a boat or something? but i can be 12-15 to get a motorboat operater lisence

Above are correct. Depending on your State you can probably operate something like a Fishing Boat with a 10 Horse Power Engine or less without Adult Supervision. It kinda messed up now for a young person. But, you can follow the link and click on your State to learn more.

I Think It Means Powered Water Craft---as Opposed To To Sail Or Oared Water Craft.
