Buying a New PWC, Any Suggestions?

I'm looking to get 1 or 2 PWC for my family.
We just sold our 21ft Baja and I would like to get some JetSkis.

I'm looking for new or something a year or two old.
Any models/brands hold up better then others? Any features to look for?
What HP is enough and what's under powered? (I don't need to go as fast as I can anymore.)

What's your suggestion and why?
