I have a 2002 SeaDoo GTX, that has rusty water and corrosion in the engine. How can I fix this?
Do I have to break down the whole engine and soak in an acid bath, or is there an easier way?

There is no easier way. Acid won't help either. (never heard of that one before)
It needs a rebuild.
