Default How old do you have to be to be a passenger on a Seadoo?

Is there a minimum age to be a passenger on a Seadoo? (Personal watercraft) I can find the limits online for having to have a life jacket, or other limits about being old enough to operate. But is there a limit on how old you have to be to be a passenger?

It may depend on your state laws, but riders need to have a life jacket - I have not seen an age limit as the adult is taking the liability. If you plan to rent the Seadoo you may find that the rental agency has their own limits because of insurance restrictions.
