Do I need a boating license to take my boat or jet skis in Florida waters?

We have permits for South Carolina waters..does anyone know if I will have to purchase any additional permits/license to put them in water there ( lake or ocean) or is there some type of out of state visitor plan where I don't??...Thanks in advance for your help...

best thing to do would be to call there the recreation place of florida and ask and mostlikely they do have a visitors pass

i live in Florida, and ride jet skis allot, they will honor your permits here, and if you are over 21 you don't need themit works the same as they honor your car tag and drivers licensethey will even honor your concealed weapons permit
