long beeping sound on jet ski..?

I have a seadoo GTI RFI 2003 model, I seem to be getting a red light with a long beep every two minutes while i'm riding it, I have fixed a blown fuse, and have checked the battery, I think I have plenty of fuel even though the fuel gage is not that accurate or could it be oil, could someone please help- has this happened to you?
