Kawaski holdback ?

Kawaski holdback ?

I have just replaced the primary clutch in my Kawaski KLF300 4 x 4 atv, thanks to the grandkids . My problem now is when you let off the gas coming down grades I have no holdback . Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks so much.
