Where would I find a used snowmobile engine?

I'm building a dune buggy that is asking for a 1000cc snowmobile Engine. I would like to find at local snowmobile salvage yards and maybe on the net
I'm building a dune buggy that is asking for a 1000cc snowmobile Engine. I would like to find at local snowmobile salvage yards and maybe on the net. I would preferably like it to be a "Liquid cooled" engine with a CVT Transmission, 4-Stroke, but if the price is goodI would go for a a 2 stroke engine. Also, it would be really good with a V-Twin configuration.
Also, I don't have a snowmobile I just need an engine for my buggy I'm making from scratch.

Try eBay.com and make sure you get the right engine ** putting the year and the model of your snowmobile. good luck.
