how old do you have to be to drive a snowmobile?

if you own a snowmobile, you can drive it at any age. but im talking about going to a place where you rent snowmobiles to ride on a trail. would they have a certain age you have to be to rent a snowmobile, for liabilty reasons? next winter i will be 16 and my brother will be 13, turning 14 in february. we wanted to go snowmobiling but dont know if my brother would be old enough
