my ski doo touring 380 fan cooled engine?

umm my engine is a 2 cylinder and it only fires on one side ( the clutch side) and the other 1 doesnt fire... Theres even a new piston on that side, and i already opened it up twice AND I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG!!!!! could someone help me out here i dont know who to ask anymore oh yeah it sometimes works too for awhile but when i press on it i lose it and runs on one side again i really need help here wasting money on other parts.....thanks
