Know of injuries caused ** track of snowmobile ripping apart while rear lifted while engine is accelerated?

45 year old heavy equipt. operator had leg amputated and needs statistics of how many injuries were caused when others lifted rear of snowmbile to help in his lawsuit against manufacture for failure to warn that track could break and this could happen.
