john deere spitfire snowmobile?

i have a john deere spitfire snowmobile i bought not running someone installed a new carb before i got it . i do not think the fuel lines are hooked up properly. does anyone where online line i can see a manual repair or pictures to see if this is hooked up right thanks............. if i disconnect the vacum hose from the pump and stick it in a fuel can it runs at full throttle.
