My snowmobile bogging out after starting for about five minutes?

I checked to see if the gas valve was on and it was on. I think that the carb might be gumed up, how would I be able to find out if the carb is gum up? or if it is, is there some kind of liquid
that I can use to get the gummyness cleand out?
