Just got a 1988 ski doo formula plus (440). What Oil?? Plugs??

I know nothing about sleds and received it for free. What oil do I need to use? What plugs do I need to get cause the guy said it needed new plugs?? Is there any other routine maintenance I should do before riding? I'm pretty mechanically inclined but I have never had a sled and don't know anything about them.
